The Cornhusker State Games is a statewide amateur sports festival for all Nebraskans. The purpose of the Games is to provide top-quality amateur competition in a wide range of activities.
This ATP Challenger 75 tournament will bring a number of top professional tennis players to Lincoln. The event, started in 2024, is operated by Topnotch Events, the events division of the global sports agency, Topnotch Management.
The National High School Rodeo Association is one of the fastest-growing youth organizations, with an annual membership of approximately 12,500 students from 43 states, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and New Zealand. The Association sanctions over 1,800 rodeos each year. The NHSRA is governed by a national Board of Directors, which consists of one member from each state or province.
USA Archery will be hosting the JOAD Target Nationals in Lincoln, NE July 23-26, 2026
Gravel Worlds is a premier, independent long-distance gravel cycling event. . Known as the "unofficial, official" Gravel Worlds, it features a 150-mile signature race (with over 10,000 ft of climbing) and a 300-mile "Lauf Gravel Worlds" ultra-distance challenge, offering a challenging, self-supported experience through rolling Midwestern gravel roads.
It features sprint and intermediate distance triathlon and duathlon races on non-technical dirt/gravel roads, offering athletes a chance to earn national titles and qualify for the 2027 World Triathlon Multisport World Championships
The German Wirehaired Pointer Club of America (GWPCA) is the official American Kennel Club (AKC) parent club for the German Wirehaired Pointer breed in the United States. Founded in 1959, it acts as a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting, protecting, and advancing the breed through education, field events, and specialty shows.
The NSAA State Volleyball Championships is an annual premier, four-day tournament in Lincoln, Nebraska, determining champions across six classifications (A through D2).
The NSAA State Football Championships are the culminating postseason tournament for Nebraska high school football, organized by the Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA).
