About Us

Sports Nebraska is a cooperative group of 14 sports commission and convention and visitor bureau organizations across Nebraska with the sole purpose of highlighting the sports opportunities and amenities that the state of Nebraska offers. Within Sports Nebraska, you will find South Sioux City, Norfolk, Columbus, Fremont, Omaha, Omaha Sports Commission Sarpy County, Lincoln, Grand Island, Hastings/Adams County, Kearney, North Platte, Gering and Scotts Bluff County represented. Our resumes encompass International Competitions, Olympic Trials, National Championships, Regional Championships and State Level Championships. We have organized events for wrestling, road races, volleyball, hockey, curling, quidditch, basketball, cornhole, BMX, boxing, rodeo, baseball and many other sports.
