This is a premier wrestling event in the state of Nebraska.  20+ Teams over a 2 day event.  They will be celebrating the 18th anniversary of the Flatwater Fracas.  Teams from Nebraska, Kansas, Wyoming, and Colorado will be competing.  Boys and Girls will be competing.  The following cities have been involved in the past:  Grand Island Sr High, Northwest, Kearney,  Lexington, Lincoln East, Lincoln Southwest Minden, Norfolk, Papillion LaVista South, Seward, Wood River, Bellevue West, Blair,  Bennington, Columbus, Gretna East, Hastings, Lincoln Southwest, Lincoln Southeast, Waverly   Out of state teams include:  Manhattan, Eagle Crest, Garden City, Smith Center, Cheyenne East. The Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) and Grand Island Tourism are hosting the Class A Girls State Golf Championships.  Girls will compete in their respective districts–qualifying to compete in the State Championship.  Athletes will play 18 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday.  Awards and medals will be presented to teams and individuals at the end of rounds Tuesday.
