  • American Legion Baseball Mid-South Regional Tournament (Region 4)

    Hastings/Adams County CVB is proud to once again welcome the American Legion Baseball Mid-South Regional Tournament. This will be the second year that Hastings has been the host-city for this tournament. There will be 8 teams, from 7 different states competing for the title of Regional Champion. The winning team will then advance and compete at Nationals. The American Legion Baseball Mid-South Regional Tournament will be played at the historical Duncan Field. Come cheer on the teams and watch great baseball.

  • Co-Ed Class C State Softball

    Smith Softball Complex 4103 Osborne Drive East, Hastings, NE, United States

    The Hastings/Adams County CVB is proud to once again welcome the USA Softball State Tournaments for Co-Ed State Softball. Hastings has been hosting the USA Softball State Tournaments for the past 25 years and will continue moving forward. The tournament games will be played at the Smith Softball Complex, which is recognized as the most elite-top-notched softball facility in the state of Nebraska. Come cheer on the teams and watch great softball.

  • 2021 Tire Rack SCCA Solo Nationals

    The Tire Racks Annual Solo National Championship returns to Lincoln Airpark to host 1,300 competitors to crown the best of the best in Solo autocross competition. Come check out all the action!

  • Rail Yard Ringer Horseshoe Tour

    The North Platte Area Sports Commission is excited to partner with the local North Platte Pitchers Club to bring a new event to the Midwest. The Rail Yard Ringer Open Horseshoe Tournament will occur at the Horseshoe Pitching Facility located on the East end of Cody Park on September 11th & 12th, 2021. This is the debut appearance for The Horseshoe Tour, sanctioned by the (NHPA) National Horseshoe Pitchers Association, for the Midwest area as most of the Horseshoe Tour events happen in states such as North and South Carolina, Louisiana, and Nevada.   • 2021 Market to Market Relay

    The largest day-long relay in the nation, the Market to Market® Relay Nebraska presented by OrthoNebraska takes teams from the Omaha Metro to Downtown Lincoln. Over the course of 70ish miles, teams take on running stages, each stage varying in distance from 3 to 5 miles. The course follows trails, paved streets, and gravel back roads through a diverse and scenic slice of Nebraska. Combine the running with outrageous costumes, memorable van rides, and a lively finish line and it all adds up to 1 unforgettable day.

    The Hastings/Adams County CVB is proud to once again welcome the NSAA State Softball Championship. Hastings has been host-city since 2008 and recently won the bid and will continue to be host for the next five years. The state tournament games will be played at the Smith Softball Complex, which is recognized as the most elite-top-notched softball facility in the state of Nebraska. Come cheer on the teams and watch great softball.

  • US Quidditch Midwest Regional Championship

    Papillion Landing Field House 1046 West Lincoln Street, Papillion, United States

    Following the success of the 2019 US Quidditch Midwest Regional Championship in Papillion, the 2021 Championship is returning to Sarpy County in October 2021.  College teams from Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin will compete for the opportunity to attend the national championship, the US Quidditch Cup, and for the title of regional champion.
