Lobos Boxing Club to Host First Annual “Lobos Boxing Club Invitational”

South Sioux City, IA – Lobos Boxing Club is proud to announce its first annual “Lobos Boxing Club Invitational,” an amateur boxing event sanctioned by USA Boxing (#25-29-609518). The invitational will be held Saturday, November 15, 2025, at The Don’s Sports Bar & Grill, located at 801 W 13th St, South Sioux City, NE 68776.
This exciting event, held in conjunction with Northside Boxing Club, will showcase talented amateur boxers from across the region in a night of skill, heart, and sportsmanship. Doors open at 3 PM, and the fights will begin at 4 PM.
All general admission tickets and table seating for the event has officially sold out, and a strong crowd is expected for this premier boxing showcase. Standing room tickets will be available for $10.
“This event is a big moment for our gym and the community,” said Coach Baily of Lobos Boxing Club. “We’re proud to bring together athletes from different clubs and give local fans a chance to experience the excitement of amateur boxing up close.”
The invitational is sponsored by the South Sioux City Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism, The Don’s Sports Bar & Grill, and the Cottonwood Inn & Conference Center by helping to highlight and improve the positive impact of youth and community sports in the area.

About Lobos Boxing Club
Established in June 2023, Lobos Boxing Club is a community-centered gym located in downtown Sioux City, Iowa, dedicated to developing disciplined and confident athletes. The club is run by a team of experienced coaches with competitive fight backgrounds, including Sage Lewis, Hector Ramos, Marco Rodriguez, Zeke Castro, Baily Sitzmann, and Victor Delcid.
The club’s mission is “to train and inspire athletes to reach their full potential through dedication, discipline, and sportsmanship – developing champions in the ring and in life.”
