Market to Market Relay

National Archery in the Schools (NASP) Western Regional Tournament

More than 275 Nebraska schools currently offer the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) for their 4-12 grade students. Each year more than 30,000 Nebraska students participate in a NASP course in their math, history or physical education class, and the program continues to expand. For youth participants, one of the highlights of NASP is participating in the state archery tournament each spring in Lincoln. USA Wrestling Girls Folkstyle Nationals

Omaha Sports Commission Regional Spelling Bee

The regional spelling bee returns to Omaha for the 94th year, dating back to 1929. Students from all across Nebraska and part of Iowa will compete to win the Omaha Sports Commission Regional Bee! The National Spelling Bee was formed in 1925. To reach the Scripps National Spelling Bee, students must compete at and win a series of bees to reach their regional bee. The winners of the regional bees move on to compete at Nationals. One winner will travel from Omaha, Nebraska to National Harbor, Maryland and compete on a national stage, aired on ESPN.
