Varsity Spirit will assist the Nebraska Coaches Association in the operation of the competition in February at the Heartland Events Center Grand Island Nebraska. Varsity Teams from NSAA member school are eligible to compete and coaches must be a member of Nebraska Coaches Association for their team to participate.

All teams must follow specific rules and guidelines provided in the handbooks.

1. Performance Routine–Non Tumbling and Non Building, Traditional Tumbling and Stunting
2. Game Day
3. Unified Sideline

Dance Categories:
1. Jazz
2. Hip Hop
3. Pom and Hands Free Pom
4. High Kick

Thursday–Classes A and B Cheerleading
Friday–Classes C1 and C2 and D Cheerleading……Classes C2 and D Dance
Saturday–Classes A and B and C1 Dance
