The first event of our 2023 series of volleyball events will be held in LaVista, NE. Our tournament headquarters is located at The Volleyball Academy. This 8-court facility has served as our tournament venue for the past two summers. All teams will have three rounds of pool play followed by being seeded into Divisional brackets to conclude the event. During the three rounds of pool play, we will place teams into pools of 4. The National Avocado Launching Championship is exactly what it sounds like: a national avocado launching championship. Teams of three will compete to score the most points by launching avocados at targets using slingshots, water balloon launchers, resistance bands, bulging muscles — basically, any launcher that is human-powered.
