Stages range from about 3 to 5 miles on a mixture of bike trails\, paved roads\, gravel roads and highways between Omaha and Lincoln. After the race\, runners are invited to stick around for the Pepsi Post-Race Shindig. There will be food\, drinks\, entertainment\, as well as expo.
