DESCRIPTION:The annual showcase featuring some of the best bullfighters\, specialty acts and rodeo queens set to return to the Heartland Events Center for 2025. \n“Rodeo Grand Island” will be back on the dirt inside the Heartland Events Center. The award-winning team from Sutton Rodeo returns after recently earning a Round 4 Top Bull win at the Wrangler National Finals in Las Vegas. \n“Rodeo Grand Island” is a February tradition and an elite Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) rodeo. The event kicks off where top PRCA contestants will compete in all seven rodeo events: Bareback\, Tie Down\, Saddle Bronco\, Steer Wrestling\, Team Roping\, Barrel Racing and Bull Riding. \nPerformances feature more than 400 PRCA contestants\, including world champions\, Wrangler National Finals qualifiers and circuit champions. This premium rodeo field will compete for prize money and an opportunity to compete in the 2025 National Finals Rodeo (NFR) in Las Vegas! \n“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome such a premiere rodeo event back to Grand Island\,” Heartland Events Center Executive Director Kyler Tarwater said. “The Heartland Events Center is proud to be able to host some of the best cowboys\, cowgirls and rodeo stars from the area.”
